Users can view and print Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) in large font and listen to them using screen reader software. Through a partnership between Datapharm and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), users can get PILs in hardcopy large print, Braille or on audio CD. They can also listen to them over the telephone.

Working with the Prescription Pricing Division (now NHS Prescription Services) of NHS Business Services Authority Datapharm created the eMC dm+d browser. The eMC dm+d browser provides users with access to the NHS' drugs database, the Dictionary of Medicines and Devices (dm+d). The information is managed by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) Prescription Services and is updated weekly.
